We have been using New Castle Offline for the past year and it has cut our programming time in half.

The user interface is quite simple and has a minimal learning curve. For measuring you simply point and click.

For the cost of the software it is quite powerful and is an excellent addition to anyone who wants to keep their current Geomeasure software and use 3d models for programming, but without obtaining an expensive software package, New Castle is the way to go.

By offering NewCastle off-line for this price NewCastle Measurement, LLC opens the CMM industry up to a low cost programming solution. The off-line seat offers full CAD based programming with output to native DMIS 5.1 and native GEOMeasure.

By using a CAD model to write your coordinate measuring machine program you save CMM downtime. This will allow you to increase throughput in your inspection department by keeping your CMMs running while you are programming.

NewCastle off-line offers state of the art programming tools including model transparency, this is the ability to adjust the transparency of the model allowing you to actually view your points inside the model without having to rotate to the exact position to 'look down through the feature'.
